PEDESTRIAN FOOTBRIDGE

2023

For the Van Wagenen Footbridge in 2019, we created a magical passage. This pedestrian bridge connects the Marion and Marion warehouse districts, serving as an everyday path for the local community. We treated the entire floor of the bridge as a horizontal canvas, wrapping it in a vibrant, interlocking geometric pattern. Catching the final hours of evening light reflecting off the multi-colored ground reminds us exactly why we do this: to bring immense playfulness, energy, and joy into public infrastructure
